Steena Guerin, LCSW


Steena Guerin has over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients from all walks of life, including both long-term and brief interventions. Steena is now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. Having graduated from the University of Texas with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Steena has developed a relentless passion regarding social issues, particularly those caused by early childhood problems, and social injustice. She has fully dedicated herself to bringing awareness to these serious, pervasive and widespread issues by leveraging her education and experience to bring about practical and actionable solutions to these complex real-world problems. In her free time, Steena enjoys reading, baking and international travel whenever her busy schedule allows it.

Laura Stevens, M.Ed.


Over the past 10 years, Laura Stevens has worked in a variety of capacities with youth and their families, as well as with the systems that serve them. Specifically, Ms. Stevens served as a case manager and clinician with youth involved in various stages of the juvenile justice system and their families. Currently, she works as a consultant for Uncommon Consulting, providing evidence-based training to child and family-serving systems, and as a research associate for the University Of Texas School Of Social Work in the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health. It was through her work that Ms. Stevens developed a passion for working with vulnerable and underserved populations, and for helping the systems that serve them do so in a way that is effective, evidence-based, and equitable. Ms. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southwestern University, and a Master of Education Degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University.
